Leeann Chin in Eagan

Avoid the drive-thru at all cost. They seem to refuse to fix the speaker so you can't hear the employee. So when they get the order wrong you don't know it's wrong. Please please please fix your drive-thru speaker and microphone. How hard is it. Otherwise it's great.

I loooove leeann chin BUT given the price increase I was upset with the quantity... I got 2 entrees with fried rice, my 2 meats was the equivalence of 1... And on top of that I'm pretty sure my meat should have been thrown out. My last 2 trips prior i didn't order because the meat looked old but this time i figured maybe I was being picky, guess i was right... I like to go back after a bad experience but i think I'm done with this location

It's just an average leeann chin

No one wore gloves while making my food, and this one old larger white lady who was a worker was super bitter. She constantly was making passive aggressive remarks towards my girl friend and I. It got to the point where I stared at her with a stern look for a good half a minute until she backed down and apologized. Disgusting and disappointing scene.

The service is quick and courteous. The quality trumps over competing businesses.

They have a drive thru at this location making it so convenient for me to go quickly between meetings. Their food always seems fresh and hot.

This place never fails to deliver. They have excellent dishes for reasonable pricing, there is no waiting time even when the place is full.

Have visited this store for a while. Good restaurant service and clean. My one complaint is this leanne chins tends to put too much sauce in their dishes which can be quite overbearing for some dishes like the sesame chicken.

I love Leeann Chin my favorite there is the special house chicken with fried rice and the cream cheese puffs!

Food was not that good. My daughter said her orange chicken was sour.

Good portions

Different from back home and a little pricey. But good food

They up charge a lot of products with out telling you. Not really honest. And if you ask them about it they says it's always that way... well if your a new customer you wouldn't know. Learn how to speak to customers. It isn't that difficult of a thing to do especially when a customer is asking a legitimate question.

Fast service

We came in just at closing and they now only let us in cheerfully, but they asked us what we could do for them and even made fresh food for us. That was probably the best experience I've had in a while at ANY restaurant.

I’ve ordered from here a few times and haven’t been super impressed. I used to work for LC so I know the expectation for service and food and they haven’t quite met it yet. Will I be ordering again? Yes, yes I will. It’ll do 😂

I have been sceptical to go here because I got burnt out years ago on the branding. We walked in and was met by a middle aged guy with glasses and we told them we were new to this concept. He was very attentive in our needs and he exceeded our expectations. The bourbon chicken had an amazing flavor, the tofu was delicious, however the fried rice was the same as years ago so not so thrilled there. Still easily 5 stars.

Good sweet and sour chicken

The quality of food wasnt good on this visit and location. Needed to exchange it. Manager was hem haw over my complaint even after showing her my undercooked red chicken. Choose where you sit carefully.... The intake vents above in the ceiling literally are so thick of dust, I moved. Floors were still dirty from closing crew .. Food on floor and tables need to be moved. So my final take... If what the customer can see looks like this ... What does the "behind the scenes" look like ??? Wont be back here.

Quick Asian takeout when you crave chicken and rice.

Great healthy choice which were served by a pleasant efficient staff. Very clean facility with many seating options.

Friendly staff and very fluent in English.

Their green beans are impossible to recreate at home. They're also incredibly considerate about gluten restrictions! Love this place!

I’d like to say “aw I’m full” but I have to say it’s just “awful” rice is dry, no taste or flavor. Orange chicken has 0 orange flavor (if I could do a bigger 0 I would). Chicken egg rolls were good though? Good to know. Probably will never go again.

Food has absolutely NO flavor, not the rice, chicken and definitely not the "cheese puff". I'm sitting here looking at the food and I'm still hungry. 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

We like Leeann Chin for a quick meal. They allow vegetables instead of rice for an additional amount.

Horrific service. Only half of order came from Doordash even though they told driver entire order present and imperial plate was missing appetizer portion on the one delivered

I would give them a 0 if i could. After placing my order the cashier gave me the wrong total , I tried to tell him that was incorrect. He argued with me then asked the manager andshe told him i was correct. After eating almost all my food i see a small black thing that looks like poop with hair on it mixed in with my rice.I called and then took it back and explained to her wat happend. She immediately replaced the food but then tried to justy rudeness i received earlier. Aftering giving her my point of view... I told her the same guy that was rude to me walked around and scratched his beard and playex with his hair and then began to make a customer food. Bad food and staff. Find a different location

As far as Asian fast food goes, it's probably better than most. Fried rice is usually pretty good. Most of the usual fare is there. My favorite is the lemon chicken. It is fried but you are getting a nice actual chicken breast vs the various, sometimes fatty meats in the others.

I've been to a few Leann Chins, and this is the only one I've ever seen with a drive-through. Yes, this one has a drive-through! Grab some good Asian food here after seeing a movie at the neighboring Regal 16 Theater. Don't forget to sign up for their mobile rewards program - they usually send me an offer a month, like BOGO entree with purchase of a beverage. My favorites are the Peking Chicken or the House Special.

Very Well deserved 5 star, the place was very clean and organized. Food came out Nice and hot!

The food was good. The food display case was clean and the food looked good. The resturant was clean and had clean tables and booths. Wasn't busy at all and the staff were nice and efficient. The condiment and soda machine were clean and the area surronding it was clean so thats a big thumbs up.

Delicious food at a fair price. I love the beef and broccoli and the bourbon chicken. The meat is tender and the vegetables are done but still have bright fresh color and "crunch". If it was an all-you-can-eat place I would be tempted to eat too much.

As our first time here, customer service (Mike) was great, helpful with items that were on the spicy side. Interior is nice and clean, but I wasn't crazy about paying .99 cents for noodles/fried rice! I ordered Lemon chicken and Mongolian chicken and along with the noodles found it incredibly salty! Almost inedible! Hubby ordered Orange chicken and Bourbon chicken along with fried rice and regretted adding soy sauce without tasting. Sadly, this was first and last experience here at Leeann Chin.P.S. serving size is on the small side, not good when your even paying extra!

Good service and clean establishment. Don't like that they have new containers though that doesn't separate your different entrees/rice. All my food was mixed in together which was unfortunate.

The food served is the food requested. If you want fancy stuff, go somewhere fancy. It's Leeann Chin. Sometimes, that's what you want. I don't go to McDonalds and expect to get a Pittsburgh Blue steak. They serve the food that I want at that time.
